Whitney Way Thore Curses At A Fan Online
Online, Redditors have shares a wide range of ideas about Whitney Way Thore over the years. But most agreed that one of her recent interactions with a fan was absolutely cringeworthy.
“Yikes,” a Reddit user shared online, attaching a screenshot of a recent exchange Whitney had with a fan. “The person was referring to the photos of her with the dead deer. They are tacky.”
“Tacky,” one Instagram user wrote on Whitney’s photo.
“F*** off, Leah,” Whitney promptly replied.
“Tell her, Whitney!!” another Instagram user chimed in, with several laughing emojis.

- “I think she gets super defensive when she knows the commenters are right.”
- “It’s such an inappropriate reaction to an Instagram comment.
- “The photos were GROTESQUE, not just tacky. I wonder if anyone asked Miss Thing if she’s a fan of hunting for sport now. She’s got some issues to be so dang defensive with online strangers.”
The Original Instagram Post Receives Quite A Bit Of Flack Too
This week, Whitney shared a new Instagram post to entice her followers to tune into the new season.
“The moment vs. the photos 🦌 See y’all tonight at 9 for a new ep!” she captioned the video. However, fans really didn’t appreciate the content. In the video, Whitney and members of her family pose with a mounted deer head.
Comments on the Instagram post included:
- “I love you Whitney but found it in poor taste to take glamour shots with a hunted animals head… I thought you were a huge animal lover. Made me sad that since you’ve joined the Bible Belt family some of their habits are rubbing off.”
- “It’s actually offensive to see these….killing is your choice. Showing us without warning is just wrong. I don’t want to see it.”
- “Noooooooooooo , these photos are such a turn off 🥴”
- “I didn’t care for those pics either. Maybe not a true animal lover?”
