Whitney also included a short clip of herself in a ballet studio, and from the looks of it, she does not seem to have missed a beat. While there certainly must have been a little bit of rust, Whitney seems to have had no issues getting back in stride, and many of her followers love to see this from her. As a bonus, all that weight she dropped seems to be helping with stamina and flexibility, too.
