What’s Stopping Brown ‘Sister Wives’ Tell-All Book?
What is stopping the Brown Sister Wives tell-all book? Meri Brown alluded to writing her story and the ex-wives could make a killing if they finally wrote their truths. So, what is holding them back from laying it all out on the table? Keep reading for more details on why there have been no books.
What’s Stopping Brown Sister Wives Tell-All Book?
There was one Sister Wives book and it was written by the whole family at the height of the TLC reality series. It detailed their experiences from the time they met and all of their courtships, trials, and tribulations. Unfortunately, the plural family was quickly falling apart and viewers got to see it weekly. Kody Brown was no longer in love with his former first and legal wife, Meri Brown, but favored his fourth wife, Robyn Brown, which everyone could see. Even the children who came before Robyn saw how their father had changed. More so, the only thing the move to Vegas did was give the wives more autonomy.
Once they moved to Flagstaff, everyone was so distanced and broken, could they get back to a happy place? The ultimate answer was “no” especially once the pandemic hit and, by 2021, Christine Brown Woolley was the first to fly the coop. Janelle Brown eventually followed with Meri Brown being the last and she has teased a tell-all but where are these books? A Reddit thread started talking about how Meri is organizing some events for her new company, Worthy Up.
Prices were listed and such but followers quickly noted how the Sister Wives cast could do quite well with tell-alls:
- These ladies would make so much money if they each wrote a book. There must be some crazy NDA’s, or they are just not thinking properly. I am all for not putting your sh*t out there, but in my opinion Kody and Robin started first. Let’s play b*tches!!
Okay, so in that statement, there is one key term and that is “NDA.” Is that what is preventing the wives from speaking their truths?
Don’t Speak
It does appear that the reason the Sister Wives ladies cannot write their books has to do with NDAs that may not have expired yet. However, when they do, they are free to say whatever they would like and can even begin now:
-
NDA’s have expiration dates, they could write it and find a publisher now and put it out when the time comes.
-
I’m pretty sure Meri’s book is already written. It’s just waiting for the NDA to expire.
Another positive thing about the books would be that they are not MLM-associated. Meri Brown was dragged about her upcoming event and if it would be affiliated with her MLM. Then, fans got what she sold confused with what Janelle Brown and Christine Brown Woolley promoted. Therefore, if it was a simple tell-all, there would be no MLM to contend with, just the ladies and their truths. First, however, the show would likely have to come to an end.
