TLC’s Coyote Pass SHOCKING Construction Update
Kody Brown and his family paid $820,000 for Coyote Pass back in 2018. The Sister Wives of TLC bought four pieces of land with the idea of dividing them into five lots: one for each of them and one for him. The family would then begin building a house on their respective lots.
For instance, Janelle Brown had intentions to build a kind of greenhouse on the land.
Now, after five years, three of his four marriages had failed. Supporters are curious about Coyote Pass’s future. What plans does Kody Brown have for the property? Should the family simply sell the property and accept their losses?

TLC’s Sister Wives: A Startling Update on Construction at Coyote Pass
Five years later, Coyote Pass is still unaltered, according to an exclusive investigation from The Sun. Nothing has been done to prepare the ground for construction on the property by Kody Brown or any other member of the TLC family. Actually, Janelle Brown’s brief embrace of RV life was the closest anyone got to living on the land.
The Sun got new images that show that work on Coyote Pass has not yet begun. The property consists of nothing more than messy grass fields and a wooden fence denoting the boundaries.
Who Owns The Property Now?
Currently, Coyote Pass is still owned in part by Kody, Robyn, Janelle, and Meri. It is unlikely that building will ever start on the property given that Kody Brown is no longer married to either Meri or Janelle. Indeed, there are fans who believe the family will eventually sell the land and divide the proceeds.
Unfortunately, Robyn and Kody Brown hold a considerably larger portion of the land than Meri and Janelle, so selling the property could get complicated.
