Star Steve Burton Calls Out To Spare GH Kids From Tragedy

General Hospital Spoilers -Jason

Those who tuned into the recent General Hospital episode witnessed a major showdown between Sam and Carly. The former wanted the latter to convince Jason to maintain distance from Danny. Sam is convinced that staying close to Jason’s twisted world of crime will only land Danny in danger.

Unfortunately, Carly didn’t seem to agree and refused to help Sam. Infuriated and frustrated, Sam blurted out that she didn’t want to see Danny end up deceased like Carly’s own son – Morgan Corinthos. While the lines could have been used just to add an air of drama, there is also a possibility that it was a premonition of what awaits Danny.

However, Jason’s portrayer, Steve Burton, does not want to see the story head in that direction. In the recent episode of The Daily Drama Podcast, the actor gushed about the material that’s coming up for him with his TV sons – Danny and Jake. He divulged that he loves working with the boys and they are exploring what comes next.

Although he made it clear that he really does not want to see anything bad happen to his kids when Bradford Anderson brought up the possibility. “No more kids getting hurt. Please! Please! We don’t need to go down that road,” Steve insisted. Well, honestly, we agree with Steve here.
