Sonny Returns As A Mafia Boss, Forming An Alliance To Take Down Ava & John! GH Spoilers
General Hospital: Kate Mansi Breaks Her Silence On GH’s Shocking Twist!
Kate Mansi Addresses the Hot Topic: Did Ava Push Kristina?
As Kristina fights for her life, General Hospital fans are in a heated debate about the tragic incident. They wonder if Ava pushed her out of the window or if it was an accident. As for Dante, he strongly believes that Ava pushed her, which is why he’s gone so far as to arrest her. Meanwhile, Ava didn’t help her case by messing with the scene. She feared that nobody would believe her version of events. But what does Kate Mansi, who plays Kristina, have to say about it?
Did Ava Push Kristina?
The General Hospital actress took a moment to reflect on both sides of the story. She pointed out to Soap Opera Digest how Maura West, who portrays Ava, really took the scene seriously. “Maura is super protective of Ava, and she made sure that their argument was more than just a typical soap catfight.”
Moreover, Kate explained that Maura approached it as a heated debate, and Ava didn’t necessarily intend to push Kristina. However, the character stood her ground in the argument, making it more susceptible to escalation. According to Mansi, this approach added a whole new layer of complexity to the situation.
“It creates a bit of a murky area where you’re left wondering, ‘Did she push her, or did Kristina just fall?” In short, it propels you to ask the burning question. Additionally, Mansi thinks that the blame isn’t all on one person. Why? Her character turned up at Ava’s place already fired up, and she wasn’t exactly gentle. The GH star explained, “She was loud, upset, and demanding.
There was a lot of intensity coming from Kristina.” Furthermore, Mansi also highlighted that the context of the situation matters. While Ava is popular for her manipulative skills, Mansi pointed out that wasn’t really the case here. “Ava didn’t trick Kristina into coming there. Kristina went to Ava’s hotel room on her own,” she said. Now, the big question remains: What happens next?
