The patriarch emphasized how he fell out of love with his wives, except for Robyn. But the former second wife contradicts his claims. Sister Wives: Kody Brown Admits Only Loving Robyn
One of the biggest statements Kody made in the latest Tell-All preview was about admitting his love to Robyn. “Well, I fell in love with Robyn. I never fell in love with anybody else,” the Sister Wives star said. He also added he only chose to be in that “covenant of love” with them as it was required by their principles. He even made a lot of people upset by admitting that he didn’t get to know Meri, Christine, and Janelle very carefully due to his commitment to the principles, seemingly blaming them for the failure of their marriages.
Janelle Says Her Marriage With Kody Did Work
Janelle opened up to Sukanya Krishnan about her feelings for Kody before they got married. According to the Sister Wives star, she initially loved Kody’s idea, but they truly got to know each other better after they tied the knot. “I do think I loved him as much as I could,” she added, contradicting Kody’s claims that she only saw him as a “physical specimen.”
However, Janelle Brown pointed out that they failed somewhere along the line. Sukanya also asked the TLC star if she had the same deep connection that Kody claimed he only experienced with Robyn. “You know, I think as far as my understanding, we did,” the 54-year-old answered.
Sister Wives: Janelle Brown Thinks Kody Was Unfair Of His Claims
Janelle admitted that she and Kody changed over the years. The Sister Wives star also believes he has more affinity with Robyn, and she’s fine with that. However, she thinks it’s unfair for him to judge their early years together because he was not the guy back then that he is now.
It’s clear that Kody and Janelle Brown have different perspectives about everything that has happened between them. But a lot of fans still blame the Wyoming native for not treating his wives equally.
