Meri Brown has always been very ambitious about her bed and breakfast business. She even took loans for it. It seems like the investments are finally bearing fruit. She shared a major life update via her Instagram story.
She had been renovating the site earlier but had paused the work for a while as she was not sure about it. Meri, in her recent IG story, shared that she has resumed renovations. The Sister Wives star is finally back to business.
Meri revealed a few photos of the renovation process. The interiors featured a painted wall and a wooden drawer cabinet. The diva further added, “Things are finally happening around here.” Meri, in a way, announced that the renovation work had started again.
She has not shared her plans for Lizzie’s Heritage Inn, which she temporarily closed in August 2024. Sister Wives fans are well aware that Meri is very sentimental about her Bed and breakfast business.
Meri Brown took a humongous loan of $485 thousand for her Utah-based bed and breakfast business. She then took a third loan, and now, the outstanding amount has reached over the $1 million mark. Meri purchased the home and took the first mortgage loan back in 2017, amounting to $346.500. Then, in April 2018, she took another loan of $308.000.
As per a report from The Sun, she has retracted a loan of $485 thousand for the inn a while back. The heritage home was built by her grandfather in 1870. She first asked Kody for a loan, but he refused, stating that they didn’t have money for it. It seems like Meri is determined to bring her business back on track.
