Sister Wives star Kody Brown is becoming more open about his future plans with Meri in the upcoming episode of Season 18. Their marriage has been going downhill for years. The patriarch also admitted his lack of interest in keeping a romantic relationship with her. However, a new sneak peek for the 14th episode shows Kody’s controversial solution to keep Meri around. Sister Wives: Meri Brown Calls Out Kody & Robyn In The Upcoming Episode
TLC recently released a new trailer for Sunday’s episode of Season 18. It features Meri calling out Kody and Robyn for being unfair regarding the division of Coyote Pass. The father of 18 declared that he and Robyn would take a combined eight acres of the property. According to him, Meri will only get two, and Janelle has four.
“It seems like he has already made the decision, and I don’t think that is fair,” Meri said. She also said that not having a good relationship with him should leave her with an unequal share of the 14-acre land. “And so I deserve to have some of the property and not just what he decides I’m worthy of,” she added.
Kody Is Willing To Pursue Fake Love With Meri
Aside from the property feud, Kody will also open up about his plans with Meri in the upcoming episode. During the sneak peek, the Sister Wives star revealed that he’s willing to “fake” his love for her and do his duties as a husband. “Sort of putting up with things that frustrate me so deeply that I struggle to be around her,” he added.
Kody Brown is aware that Meri doesn’t like the idea. According to the California native, she would rather wait until their relationship heals naturally. She also contradicted her ex-husband’s statements that she’s been trying to insist on making him act like a husband.

The upcoming episode will also feature Meri, Kody, and Robyn’s discussion about ending polygamy. The fourth wife argues with her husband because she doesn’t believe that he no longer loves Meri.
However, Meri began to speak about how she hadn’t been treated well. “It’s not fair to either of us. It’s not fair for me to be alone like I have been for years. It’s not fair for him to feel like he has to do a duty,” she told Robyn. The Sister Wives star ended her statement by saying that it’s not what she wants.
The 14th episode of Season 18 will air on Sunday, November 19, 2023, on TLC.
