Sister Wives: What Is Janelle Brown Up To Today?
Janelle recently took to social media to share what she’s been up to for the past six weeks. According to the Sister Wives star, she got used to reaching for her phone before going to bed, which led to her “scrambled” mind. Due to this, she decided to do meditations, taking away all the distractions. She’s also reading and writing a small journal, which helps her focus even more.
Janelle explained that it helped keep her mind at ease. She continued, “Well I forgot my small journal this trip so have done my writing this morning on my laptop. It definitely wasn’t the same but sitting in this beautiful surrounding made it better.” Aside from meditation, Janelle has also been honoring her late son, Garrison. She also took to social media to celebrate the first year since his passing.
Janelle’s Special Request On Garrison’s 1st Anniversary
In an Instagram post, Janelle Brown shared a photo of her son, Garrison. According to the Sister Wives star, she stays busy to keep herself distracted from the heartbreaking fact that she lost her son. But every quiet moment leads to memories with him. She added, “It’s been a year baby. We miss you so much. I miss you so much.”
Janelle later encouraged people to donate to an animal shelter, rescue, or humane society in honor of Garrison. She then shared the donation programs close to her son’s heart. Many fans commended Janelle for her way of honoring Garrison.
