‘Sister Wives’ Janelle Brown’s Shocking New Career

Janelle Brown, Sister Wives

After Sister Wives stars, Meri, Christine, and Janelle Brown left their plural marriage with Kody and Robyn Brown, they have been exploring new options. While each of the three that broke out on their own has begun to look healthier, fans are questioning some of their ventures. Most recently, fans discovered a shocking career path that Janelle is on.

Janelle Brown Is Hustling

Undoubtedly, Sister Wives star, Janelle Brown, has hit the ground running to chase after several new side hustles. While she has been making huge strides in her weight loss journey and taking steps to become healthier overall, she is steadily making life changes. Although she is seen as fairly level-headed in the show, not everyone believes in her career choices. Specifically, one of her side hustles has fans questioning if they are “being hustled” instead.

Fans Question Janelle Brown’s New Career Path

On Reddit, one Sister Wives fan starts a thread about a new career path Janelle Brown is pursuing. First, they add the title: “Janelle becoming a life coach.” Then they post several screenshots of Janelle’s website and expound on the topic. Saying, “What are y’all’s thoughts on Janelle becoming a life coach? She’s charging $75 for a consultation and she has a link in her Instagram bio for her website. I like Janelle, but I don’t really know if I would take life advice from her, especially since she still promotes, and says she would live polygamy again I also feel like she needs to go through therapy herself before becoming a life coach and giving other people advice, but I’m just curious what everyone’s thoughts are about this.”

Janelle Brown’s New Career Venture Is Shocking

Recently, Meri Brown also launched her new business community that has vague descriptions and questionable content. Seemingly, Janelle Brown is taking similar steps. However, after the initial Reddit post, many Sister Wives viewers added their thoughts about Janelle’s career choice.

  • “Don’t take advice from someone you wouldn’t trade places with…”
  • “Oh hell no, I’d never let anyone messed up enough to marry Kody give me any guidance on anything.”
  • “She’s still with kody who we watched neglect and mistreat her kids, she makes horrible financial decisions, has no assets, she didn’t raise her own kids and will dump them for a man every time, she has no career outside of reality tv and MLMs, she has no communication/ conflict skills, she screams ‘f*ck you’ and name calls during arguments.….. What is she coaching me on??”
  • “I wouldn’t take advice from ANY of the adults in this family.”

Experience Through Survival

Undeniably, any life coach, therapist, or counselor has their flaws. Additionally, most have been through hardship to get them to a point where they want to assist others through pain. Although Janelle Brown has lived through many experiences and is rebuilding, most people weren’t open to the idea of paying for her life advice. Several believe she still needs counseling after her marriage to Kody Brown.

  • “I will say, these women all somehow have healthy self esteems. They married a loser, put up with being publicly humiliated and mistreated by said loser for years, lost their financial shirts, not one has a solid career… and yet they think they are qualified to teach other people how to live.”
  • “Life coaches aren’t licensed or overseen by any regulatory agency. Literally anyone can decide to be a life coach.

But, this is old news. I still respect this business attempt far more than the MLM crap she sells.”

Life Coaching Gig

As Sister Wives fans continued to discuss Janelle Brown’s life coaching gig, one fan strikes at her platform:

“And this right here is why when asked who my favorite wife is my answer is none of them. Janelle has no business being a life coach. No one on this show does. It’s a grift. It’s a non-job anyone can make up. Who is Janelle to coach other people? We’ve watched her make poor decision after poor decision. The logical wife who was often the least logical of them all. And let’s say we’re being charitable and ignoring all the red flags from the show.”

Continuing they add, “Let’s say we view Janelle much more favorably than I do. She is still a deeply average person with very little life experience outside of her cultures bubble. Even with the benefit of the doubt and not mentioning ‘oh yeah the woman who went on flirty date with a man who was neglecting and emotionally abusing her children’ what does she have to offer anyone! No education, no training, nothing. If i wanted the life advice of an out of touch unemployed middle aged woman I’d call my mom.” Jokingly, another user offers, “I’m also available for a nominal fee if your mom is busy.”

What do you think about Janelle Brown breaking into the “life coaching” sector? Would you pay to gain from her experiences? Are you ready to see more Sister Wives? Drop your comments below.
