‘Sister Wives’ Fans Call Out Kody & Robyn Brown Rehearsed Scenes
Sister Wives fans are calling Kody and Robyn Brown out for their seemingly rehearsed scenes. They are the last marriage standing out of the four Kody prided himself on. At times, she seems frustrated or scared to speak the truth. She even wanted to hold onto Meri Brown so she could have an ally. Yet, are these two genuine in what they say and do or is it completely contrived and planned out? Keep reading for more details.
Sister Wives Fans Call Out Kody & Robyn Brown Rehearsed Scenes
When Robyn Brown was introduced at the very beginning of Season 1 of Sister Wives, she was giddy as a schoolgirl. She bragged how Kody Brown was her soulmate and she just loved him. Yet, she had tried monogamy before and that was not what she wanted. She loved how well the Browns appeared to work as polygamists and wanted that lifestyle for herself and her three kids. Robyn made her way into the hearts of the wives and the other dozen Brown children but, in the process, it broke the family, some might say.
She is now the last remaining wife, the only legal wife of Kody’s. More so, there have been conversations between the two that seem rehearsed. Plus, Robyn is always fake crying and playing the victim when it suits her but she can switch on a dime. Fans noticed this and started a Reddit thread. The OP pointed out this:
- Robyn kept up the sulkiness for most of the show, but the mask slipped when they talked about Kody’s hair & she burst into a grin.
So, does she try to look miserable for appearance’s sake? Other Sister Wives fans chimed in:
-
I agree that it was heavily rehearsed with Kody/Robyn, but I wonder what the goal was.
- If Krobyn act happy and content too soon, that confirms to haters that the couple wanted the other wives to leave.
It was also noted that Robyn seems to have to keep up the appearance that she never wanted the other marriages to fail.
Fakery All Around
So, Robyn Brown cannot act happy in any capacity because she has to be the victim. She wants to look sad as if the family falling apart is destroying her when she is actually fine with it. At the same time, some do not understand why Kody and Robyn have to act. If they were to ever have problems and be imperfect, no one would care or shame them. However, aside from Kody and Robyn, Meri Brown and her best friend, Jenn Sullivan were brought up.
Fans felt it was extremely fake that Jenn was coming in during the Talk Back specials and playing Meri’s mouthpiece. She was also acting as though she had no idea about what went on between Meri, Kody, and Robyn. One noted she likely heard the whole story already so these were fake reactions.
In the end, it is hard to know what is real and what is fake on these shows, and fans will likely never know. Do you think Sister Wives is rehearsed? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.
