‘Sister Wives’ Did Meri Brown Lawyer Up Amid Land Steal?
Sister Wives star Meri Brown may soon take action regarding the partition of Coyote Pass. Viewers were furious about Kody’s decision to give his former first wife the lowest share despite being one of the biggest contributors in the family. However, the patriarch insisted on his way of division, and it may get him into legal trouble. Keep reading to see why fans think Meri will lawyer up soon.
Sister Wives: Kody Brown’s Controversial Share Of Coyote Pass
The Season 18 finale featured a suspicious decision from Kody. He split Coyote Pass with his ex-wives following the downfall of the Brown family. However, the division wasn’t equal, as he and Robyn both get 4 acres each, while Janelle only gets 4. But many were caught off guard when it was revealed that Meri only gets to receive 2 acres of land.
The ex-wives were clearly upset about the property’s split. According to Janelle, there’s a total of 14 acres, and she believes that they need professional help to decide how to divide it fairly. Meri also had some words to say about the 54-year-old’s decision. “It seems like he has already made the decision, and I don’t think that is fair,” she said.
Did Meri Find A Lawyer?
Some fans on Reddit also shared their thoughts on the finale. Many were upset about how the property was divided. But some began to notice Meri’s suspicious emotions and the words she used during her confessional. For the first time, she called Kody her ex-husband. She also showed a big smile on her face despite the property dispute, and others believe it’s a sign that something big is about to happen.
- “Pretty sure this scene tells us Meri just talked to her therapist and then her lawyer before meeting with these two crooked jerks,” one person said.
- “When she said, “Oh I understand..” about the land, it felt like she was saying, “I understand I’ll see you in court!”. I really, REALLY hope that’s the case,” another commenter added.
Meri Brown has yet to share an update about Coyote Pass since Season 18 wrapped up. But many are hopeful to see the Sister Wives star take legal action regarding the land she should receive.
Sister Wives: Fans Think Kody & Robyn Brown Planned It All Along
Some fans on Reddit are also calling out Kody and Robyn for the possibility that they planned to take Meri’s assets from the very beginning. They gained her trust and somehow forced her into a divorce in order for Kody to adopt the kids.
They even talked about an old scene from 2015 where they signed a waiver, with Kody acting like he’s worried about Meri not being able to get any property in the future, which ultimately happened in Season 18.
The first episode of Tell-All will premiere on Sunday, November 26, 2023, on TLC.
