Sister Wives: Coyote Pass 2024 Update! Who Owns The Land After Family Fallout?
It’s been almost a year since Sister Wives fans saw the Browns on TLC. Their previous season of Sister Wives was quite eventful. Not only one but two of Kody’s wives left him. Now, he only has Robyn by his side. Fans were extremely happy for Christine, Meri, and Janelle for choosing their own happiness instead of putting up with an unfair marriage.
But as the family fall out happened, things did take an intense turn. You see, one simply can’t just leave a plural marriage. Fans have often been curious about what happened to Coyote Pass after this. Who has the most land now? When will the Browns build there?
Sister Wives: Who Has The Most Land In Coyote Pass In 2024?
Kody and his three wives moved to Flagstaff in 2018. Prior to this, they lived in Utah, moved to Las Vegas, and ultimately came to Arizona. That’s where they decided to settle. The Browns had a big dream of living close to one another. Hence, they bought land in an area called Coyote Pass, hoping they would build houses from scratch.
But before they could put their plan into action, Christine divorced Kody, and so did Janelle and Meri. Now, fans are curious as to what the family has done with the land since most of the polygamists’ wives left. Well, Sister Wives fans discussed this on Reddit. Some said things have been the same when it comes to plot division since Christine left. The third wife had sold her land back to Kody for a mere $10 to keep the earnings from selling her Arizona home.
Hence, Kody, Meri, and Christine each had 2 acres, while Robyn and Janelle owned 4. Since Christine moved away, she sold her land to her ex. This means Kody, Robyn, and Janelle, all them, own 4 acres while Christine is out of the picture. But there has been no talk about when the Sister Wives stars will start building there.
While Christine, Meri, and Janelle left the polygamist arrangement, only the former decided to sell her land. As far as the latter two former Sister Wives are concerned, they still hold a share of the Coyote Pass property, and they don’t plan to let go of it. The previous season also focused on how Janelle wanted to build there, but none of the family members wanted to. So, as of 2024, the whole plot owned by the Browns is still barren.
Sister Wives: Kody Lied?! Can’t Legally Build On Coyote Pass To Reside!
It’s been a long while since Kody Brown decided to share an update about Coyote Pass
. He has been mum about his plans and Sister Wives fans feel he will eventually sell it. For many seasons, viewers saw him plan the living situation in the lot. But he never put his plan into action. Well, fans now have reason to believe Kody was lying to them.
As per reports, some documentation related to Coyote Pass says none of the Brown family members are allowed to build on the area for “residential purposes.” Instead, they can use the place for “investment and commercial purposes.” Surely, Kody must have known about this before he decided to buy the land. Could it be the reason why he kept sleeping on the plan to build there?
So far, none of the Brown family members have reacted to the truth regarding Coyote Pass getting out. Fans will have to wait for a new season to know how they have been tackling this. Keep track of all the latest Sister Wives updates on TV Season & Spoilers by staying tuned.
