As per the documents, the court classified the TLC stars’ case on Track 1 and Track 3. Track 1 is considered as “standard” but Track 3 is only for “significant.” Generally, Track 3 is reserved for the case with the highest conflict or need for a great level of consideration and negotiation.
Christine filed a court case in September for declaration of paternity, child support, parenting time, and support for Truely Brown.
Kody had to take a paternity test to prove that the latter was his daughter. He didn’t have his name on the birth certificate of the teenager because of his spiritual marriage with Christine.
