In a new clip, she discussed her former husband’s questions about the split.
The latter asked her why she was in so much hurry and wondered whether she had another guy waiting on the side.
Meri felt insulted by her ex’s question and shared the text she sent him about the official termination of their marriage. She revealed that her partner called her within 20 minutes of reading the text.
She prepared herself to read the message out loud to her friends on the couch. In it, Meri said, “Just wanted to let you know that I had a conversation with the leadership in Utah today and the official release was granted.” She expressed her sadness at the end of their union and promised to respect him always.
Moreover, the reality TV star hoped that the polygamist would truly have peace from their split and release him from any responsibility to worry about her.
