As mentioned above, Kody and Robyn were allegedly on a hunt to have a fifth wife. But when the last season, i.e. Sister Wives Season 18 came to an end, even the rumors died down. However, as the new season is airing, rumor mills suggest that Kody ended up meeting another woman who could be his potential third wife. It happened in a Las Vegas casino where she is a waitress.
If the rumors are true, Kody has his eyes on Amber Smith. Well, this theory is not completely unbelievable, considering how often Kody and Robyn travel to Vegas. Moreover, the latter expressed her distaste towards being bound in a monogamous marriage when she clearly wanted a polygamous arrangement. Chances are, Kody went through the idea of having a fifth wife to make his favorite wife happy.
But there is no confirmation about this rumor. As the new episodes are airing, neither Kody nor Robyn have hinted at courting to find one more wife. It could also be their attempt to save the show since the family fell out, but there is no truth or concrete evidence behind any of these theories.
