While OutDaughtered Quint, Hazel Busby is growing up very quickly, it is obvious she is a fighter. During her journey with her vision, she has shown how courageous she is through each step. But her latest update comes with big wins.
Hazel Busby Is A Fighter
Since OutDaughtered Quint, Hazel Busby was a little bitty girl she has been on a journey with her vision. From having a scary, major surgery as a toddler to stress through the years with her condition, congenital nystagmus, it has been a rollercoaster. But Danielle and Adam Busby have shown how much of a trooper Hazel can be. Undeniably, she is a strong girl who has been resilient through the challenges of strengthening her eyes. Now Danielle offers a new update that shows some big wins in the process.

On Danielle Busby’s Instagram page, she gives a big update about Hazel Busby’s eyes. One of the most exciting things is she will be starting the new school year with new glasses! Danielle captions, “NEW GLASSES 🚨 Hazel was totally due for a new pair of glasses.” Jokingly, she points out, “Her blue frames have seen better days 😂.” But Hazel gets to show her new teacher and classmates her new look right from the start. Danielle adds, “They came in just in time before 4th grade starts next week too. She loves them, and so do we 🤓.” Undeniably, this cutie pie will be starting her new year on the right foot. Adam Busby also shows off their redhead’s new styling glasses on his Instagram Stories.
Danielle Talks About Additional Significant Strides
Furthermore, Danielle Busby talks about other huge wins they learned about Hazel Busby’s vision. She says, “*Hazel vision has been doing fabulous! With her prescription she sees around 20/40…which is a HUGE DEAL! There are some things she can view at 20/30 and even saw a few letters on the 20/25 line for the first time!!!”
Likewise, Danielle and Adam Busby are celebrating how far their little girl has come through the years. Danielle is so excited to share, “Could not believe it, even the doctor was shocked! Seeing 20/40 is a big milestone bc you have to see at least 20/40 to drive…so as long as she stays on this great track, or get better, she has a potential to get a drivers licenses.” Although driving is a future goal, Danielle loves knowing the odds are improving for her Hazel Basil. She acknowledges, “I know that’s years away BUT it’s a huge milestone for her and I’m just so proud of this little girl of mine.” Furthermore, she praises her strong girl, “Nystagmus won’t stop her from anything! 🤍 #hazel #nystagmus #itsabuzzworld #quintuplet.”
