Danielle Busby Feels Wounded By Adam’s Confession
OutDaughtered fans know that Adam and Danielle Busby don’t always see eye to eye. But at the end of the day, there’s a lot of love in the family. This season, the parents are desperately trying to salvage their relationship.
When asked about his biggest takeaway, Adam Busby had a very shocking realization.
“Realizing how different we are as far as how we want to feel, like, loved,” Adam confessed. “Talking about how I play good cop. It’s just because I want that love and affection from the kids because I don’t necessarily get it from [Danielle]. And so like, I’m the good cop with them because I want them to be drawn to me and love me.”
As the weight of his words set in, Danielle began to absorb their meaning.
“It’s definitely hard to kind of, hear for the first time honestly that sometimes Adam plays the good cop just so he gets you know, the attention and praises and love and affection from all the girls,” Danielle shared in an emotional confessional. “That’s a hard thing to hear as a wife. I feel like, he kind of stabbed me in the heart a little bit. It makes me feel really sad because I don’t want him to think that I don’t love him.”
Can The Couple Overcome Their Difficulties?
It’s difficult to know what exactly happens when cameras aren’t rolling. But all signs indicate that Adam and Danielle Busby are still together right now.
Danielle shared on Instagram that they had a date night at a Justin Timberlake concert last week.
For the sake of their daughters, fans sincerely hope they can work through their issues together.
