Rachel Smith Tells Meri Brown To Expand The Search

Rachel Smith encourages Meri Brown to “head on up to Salt Lake City.” But Meri chats he limited access, “The dating pool is very small. So it’s like Salt Lake or Vegas.” She also points out that she is in New York and has switched her dating app to that area while she’s around. Additionally, Rachel asks Meri what she has learned now that she has been back in the dating scene. Meri says, “The thing that I have noticed, as far as the dating apps, it’s helping me to really listen to myself.” She discusses that sometimes she gets “funny vibes” from someone or she realizes, “No, that guy’s not treating me the way I deserve to be treated.”

Likewise, she admits it is teaching her more about herself and her preferences. Then, Rachel points out that anyone who gets Meri is “getting a prize.” Furthermore, they both agree she isn’t “settling” for just anyone.

‘Sniff Test’

While she moves forward, Meri Brown knows she wants someone who matches her energy. But she also points out that her dog, Zona, has a say in the matter. They must like dogs and vice versa, Zona must approve. Any new man will have to pass the “sniff test” from Zona.

Additionally, Meri isn’t looking to jump back into polygamy. Although she values some of her precious moments from her past marriage, she isn’t trying to enter back into a plural relationship. At this point, she wants to focus on herself and one other person. She believes she could build a great relationship with one new man. Rachel agrees having a relationship with one person is “challenging enough.”

Furthermore, she points out there are plenty of everyday compromises people have to make in marriage so one person is enough.
