Whitney Thore may have had bad luck in her love life, but she isn’t giving up. She hires a professional matchmaker to help her find a partner. After speaking with Alessandra, the matchmaker, she realizes she doesn’t have any updated pictures of herself for her profile. And, since losing 100 pounds off her heaviest weight, she feels it’s time to take some photos.
The My Big Fat Fabulous Life cast member gets started on her homework and sets up a photo shoot. She explains that her trainer, Jessica Powell, is there as her “creative director.” She feels that she is very invested in her dating journey. However, she is glad she is because she needs all the support she can get.
Whitney feels that a lot is riding on this photo shoot. These will be the pictures that the matchmaker presents to potential matches. So, she wants them to represent who she is as a person.

Whitney admits that she was feeling insecure before the photo shoot. But after taking a few snapshots with her dog, she is feeling excited to play around with a couple of the other ideas. And her creative director has a few ideas in mind.
Jessica asks the My Big Fat Fabulous Life castmate if she is considering doing a boudoir shoot or something “fully nude.” She admits to not being a modest person, but that is not what she thought she would be doing for this photo shoot.
Jessica knows that Whitney isn’t shy, but she feels that even the most “confident person needs a little nudge.” The TLC star wanted this photo shoot to represent who she is, so she believes the best way to show someone who you are is to show them all of you.

Whitney Thore doesn’t hesitate to take Jessica’s suggestion. She starts to show a little more skin in each photo, eventually taking off her dress and posing nude.
The My Big Fat Fabulous Life celeb admits that it doesn’t take her much convincing to “just be off to the races.” She admits she didn’t plan for the photo shoot to go in that direction, but she thinks it’s good. She feels it was a “fun confidence boost” that she needed. It is also getting her in the vibe of putting herself out there with men.
However, Whitney clarifies that these pictures won’t be going in her dating portfolio. But she will keep them in her back pocket for someone special. Yet, will her pictures help her find love?
