Maurice Benard reveals something surprising that shocks the audience General Hospital Spoilers
General Hospital Next 2 Weeks: Michael’s Burns Treatment, Nina & Sonny’s Deal, Cyrus the Eavesdropper & Carly Gets Fierce
General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the next two weeks, January 6 to January 17, reveal that Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) will be more fired up than ever about finding the criminal responsible for ending Dex Heller’s (Evan Hofer) life.
GH fans know Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) is to blame – and Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) could end up with some suspicions of her own after she catches him hanging around the hospital and warns that he’s not welcome there.
At some point during the week of January 6-10, Cyrus will become an eavesdropper and learn some useful information, so we’ll see whose conversation he listens in on.
Over with Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen), she’ll face a custody setback that leaves her fearing she’s going to lose Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) and Amelia Corinthos (Sequoia and Serenity Mork Macko).
Unfortunately, everything’s about to change thanks to the drama on the way at Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) penthouse.
An explosion will leave Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) burnt to a crisp thanks to the blaze that’ll surround his body.
Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will ride to Michael’s rescue and ultimately deliver a special request to Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) – presumably one related to Michael’s care at GH.
Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) will cause an interruption for Carly later.
Could Drew somehow end up being the one to deliver updates on Michael’s awful ordeal?
Regardless, Carly will panic over Michael’s injuries and end up seeking support from Sonny, who’ll need some from Carly as well.
Sonny will be outraged over his penthouse being targeted, so he’ll kick off a mission to find out who’s behind all this.
As for Anna Devane (Finola Hughes), she’ll turn to Jack Brennan (Charles Mesure) for help.
Brennan may wonder if Anna is going to use a taser on him again if he doesn’t cooperate and give her a hard time about her overreaction regarding Emma Drake (Braedyn Bruner).
Whether Brennan assists Anna or not will certainly depend on what she asks of him!
On a lighter note, Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) will grow closer as they enjoy a charged moment.
Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) will also confide in Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) – maybe about Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s (Amanda Setton) pregnancy delay and the possibility that there’s a problem.
Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) will spill a secret to someone later, so we’ll see if that’s to Chase or perhaps Dr. Frida Navarro (Christina Ferraro).
This may be when fans get confirmation that Brook Lynn had a baby as a teenager and gave him up for adoption.
Our predictions indicate that Brook Lynn conceived a child with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) at camp and hid the truth.
It also looks like Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) is the only one who knows that child is Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza)!
Back with Willow, she’ll find out about Michael’s fire fiasco and react with shock.
Although Willow will worry about Michael, she’ll also realize she has to stay focused on this custody situation before his family takes the kids.
Willow will take charge of the situation – and there’ll be some sparring between Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) and Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) as well.
Although Sonny and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will do some compromising – perhaps with the grandchildren in mind – Carly will dish out a warning.
We could see Carly fight Willow for control of the kids while Michael’s out of commission.
During the week of January 13-17, there should be more info on Michael’s treatment.
The logical exit route is for a bandaged-up Michael to get shipped off to a fancy clinic due to his burns.
However, Michael will have a favor to ask Jason before he goes. Since Michael won’t be around to look after pregnant Sasha, he may want Jason to keep an eye on her for him.
Sonny’s desire for revenge will also shake things up in the coming episodes, so it’ll be interesting to see how it all plays out!
General Hospital spoilers say the next two weeks will bring some intense scenes and unpleasant news, so stay tuned.
