Sister Wives star Janelle Brown never really had a roof of her own. She lived in an RV and dreamed of building on the Coyote Pass. However, the celeb had to make some changes in her plans after parting ways with Kody Brown, and she decided not to get a house but a LAND this time. In an upcoming episode, Janelle will talk about her plan to buy land for Christine.
She revealed that she was thinking of buying property in North Carolina. The celeb explained that she saw a “farm” with her daughter and son-in-law and was thinking of buying it. Janelle admitted that the noted land was in her budget, while properties in Montana were really expensive for her.
Sister Wives: Janelle Says Kody Refused To Buy Her Coyote Pass Land
Sister Wives star Janelle Brown admitted that she didn’t know how she would arrange funds for her new purchase in North Carolina. She discussed with Christine how Kody has refused to buy her land. In an exclusive clip by E! News, the celeb stated, “I want him to buy me out, and he’s like, ‘I don’t have the money.‘” Janelle stated that she didn’t even have an answer and simply replied, “Okay.”
However, when it comes to paying off the Coyote Pass, Kody has money! Janelle revealed that within two months, the Brown family would have to pay off the land or else they would lose it. She talked about it with Kody, and the latter claimed that he would arrange the money for the payment.
Amid all this, Janelle confessed that she hadn’t talked about her plans to buy land in North Carolina to Kody. She explained that the latter wouldn’t be part of her upcoming new life, and she didn’t want his involvement as well. Hence, the celeb was making all the decisions with Madison, and Caleb. This came after Janelle wondered if she would have to drag Kody to the court.
Kody wasn’t really ready to talk with Janelle about the final disposal of Coyote Pass land. The latter was tense and wondered if she would have to lawyer up in order to fix this issue.
