Kody Brown of Sister Wives has had big plans to build on Coyote Pass for a while now. They purchased this property in Arizona and talked about several ideas. Kody wanted one big house for everyone, but his wives were not having that. Instead, they were going to build several houses, one for each wife. Now, Kody is admitting that it may never happen.
Kody Brown Reveals They May Never Build
During a recent Talk Back episode of Sister Wives, Kody Brown shared that building on their land may never happen. They were talking about what it could look like someday and he said, “Coyote Pass might be like that, because, uh, you know enough has happened that who knows if we’ll ever build on it.” The original tweet was from Starcasm and showed huge skyscrapers on the land instead of houses. Kody Brown’s Changing Family
When Kody Brown originally made plans to build on Coyote Pass, he had four wives that would all live there as well. Now, Kody is down to just one wife Robyn Brown and it doesn’t look like he has plans to marry anyone new. There is no need for them to build a ton of houses or even one big house on this huge lot of land. They recently just paid off the land.
They could decide to sell the land and just move on from it and stay in the house that they are in. Janelle Brown’s lot was the last one to be paid off. She has really wanted to build out there, but now that she isn’t with Kody she could have changed her mind. It does look like Janelle has plans to stay in Flagstaff with her adult children instead of moving back to Utah like Meri and Christine did. They spent a total of $820,000 on these lots with nothing built on them.
