General Hospital Tuesday, July 9 Spoilers: Drew & Willow Kiss Aftermath – Mac & Maxie React to Cody’s Paternity Lie

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Tuesday, July 9, reveal that Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) will share a toast by the Quartermaine boathouse following the fireworks, so that’ll give Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) an opportunity to come along and spend a little more time with them both.

Gio will learn something he never would’ve guessed in Tuesday’s GH episode, so that may involve another fact about Trina’s likes and interests.

Josslyn might play up something Trina is skilled at and test the waters when it comes to playing matchmaker.

General Hospital spoilers say Trina will face some suspicions, so she might have a hunch that Josslyn is playing Cupid.

Joss would never push too hard since it hasn’t been that long since Trina lost Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez), but she could still see the potential for Trina to be happy again with Gio at some point in the future.

Then again, Trina’s suspicions might involve some conflict that’s brewing between Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) since it seems they’ll disagree about the best way to handle Heather Webber (Alley Mills).

In the meantime, Laura Collins (Genie Francis) will assure Portia that her goal is to see that justice is served, but Portia will think that’s already been accomplished and will stand her ground on Heather needing to stay in prison.

Curtis will also continue to push for true peace between Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), which is something Nina would like since she feels she’s getting a second chance to make things right with Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen).

Of course, Nina and Michael don’t know that Drew and Willow just shared some sizzling kisses during the fireworks show.

Only Willow, Drew and Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) know that since a stunned Sasha caught a glimpse of them locking lips when she came around the corner.

Sasha will have to decide what to do about this scandalous secret of hers, but it looks like she’ll duck out of sight and mull all this over alone for now.

In the meantime, Willow and Drew will deal with the aftermath of their surprise make-out session.

Drew will act like it was a random mistake, but Willow will admit she’s starting to wonder if it was completely random.

Willow may remind Drew that they’ve been connecting for a while now, but she may ultimately decide they can’t go down this road since she’s got a marriage and family to think about.

However, Drew and Willow could easily face more temptation as this storyline moves along, so it’ll be interesting to see if this turns into a full-blown affair.

Over with Mac Scorpio (John J. York), he’ll struggle to believe his ears now that Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) has blurted out a confession.

Cody just admitted he’s Mac’s son, so Mac will get him to repeat that before Cody offers an explanation.

After Cody reveals that he lied about the paternity results and explains why, Mac may need some time to process all this and walk off.

Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) will ultimately find herself on the receiving end of Cody’s admission as well, so she’ll have questions about why he deceived everyone for so long.

Although Maxie won’t be pleased about Cody’s actions, she may make it her mission to help Cody and Mac bond.

General Hospital spoilers say Maxie will indeed find an important task to tackle, so she seems poised to step up for Cody and Mac’s sake.

Finally, Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) will divulge a secret to Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero), so we’ll see if that’s about the situation with Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) or something else.
