General Hospital Spoilers Thursday, January 2: Drew’s Romantic Trip Offer for Willow – Sonny Needs Rescuing – Prague Chaos Erupts
General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Thursday, January 2, reveal that some shocking moments are ahead in Port Charles, but let’s discuss a programming note first.
GH will air an encore episode on Tuesday, December 31, and then another repeat is coming up on Wednesday, January 1.
However, the show will resume the current action with a brand- new episode on Thursday, January 2, so it won’t be long until fans see what’s in store!
For starters, Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) will stun Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) with the news that she’s pregnant.
After Sasha confesses her bun in the oven, she’ll apparently try to convince Michael no one else has to know he’s the father.
Thursday’s GH preview video shows Michael agreeing to Sasha’s plan, but he’ll need her to do something for him in return.
Will Michael push Sasha to stay in Port Charles instead of moving back to the Hamptons?
Michael may think it’d be better for Sasha to lean on her family right now instead of going off on her own.
Over with Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison), he’ll urge Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) to take a trip to D.C. with him.
Drew may suggest mixing business with pleasure, but will Willow go along with the idea?
Next, Ava Jerome (Maura West) will prove she can be awfully persistent.
Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) just slammed the door in her face, but Ava will knock again and convince her to have a longer conversation.
That’ll give Ava a chance to deliver a desperate plea and try to get her divorce settlement back.
Since Ava needs it for her custody feud with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), she’ll appeal to Alexis as a mother and resort to begging.
Of course, it’s hard to believe Alexis would ever do Ava any favors, so she may warn that Ava will just have to figure something else out.
In Prague, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will make it clear to Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) that he’s not afraid to make a scene in front of Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez).
Although Lulu will deal with some frustration over Valentin’s attitude, a curveball is about to change everything.
Viewers know a sniper has been aiming at Valentin, so look for that person to fire a shot and smash the glass of the cafe soon enough!
Back in Port Charles, Sonny will remain in the boxing ring now that he’s collapsed there. Since Sonny was clutching his chest in pain again, it’s obvious that he’s dealing with some heart issues.
Who will find Sonny in distress? Will someone call 911 for Sonny during his latest medical crisis?
Meanwhile, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will have a heated faceoff with Jack Brennan (Charles Mesure), so she’ll snap that Emma Drake (Braedyn Bruner) is off-limits.
The weekly preview video also shows Anna tasing Brennan to subdue him, so their confrontation should get out of hand before the week’s over.
