General Hospital Spoilers: Ava Searches for Sonny’s Medication Saboteur – Follows Trail Straight to Valentin?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Ava Jerome (Maura West) will decide to do some digging during the week of May 6-10. Although Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will grow closer to Natalia Ramirez (Eva LaRue) and cause some frustration, Ava will find other ways to keep busy and gain advantages.

Ava confirmed Sonny isn’t getting the proper medication dose through the lab test she ordered, but she needs to know more.

This is an issue that warrants a deeper investigation, so Ava will launch one soon enough.

Of course, Ava may suspect this is more than just a random error.

This probably has sabotage written all over it as far as Ava’s concerned, especially since Sonny has been targeted for months.

Ava may assume this is just a sneakier way of handling Sonny, which is true since Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) came up with it as an alternative to eliminating Sonny after all the failed hits.

Since GH spoilers insist Ava’s going to look into the altered meds and try to solve the mystery, she may figure out it was Valentin who ordered the weaker dosage through his pharmaceutical arrangement.

Ava may follow the trail and determine that Valentin has been running Pikeman while Jack Brennan (Charles Mesure) is stuck behind bars.

If Ava does uncover Valentin’s connection to all this, what will she decide to do about it?

Will Ava confront Valentin and demand answers about what his game is?

Ava might argue that unless Valentin wants her to spill what she’s learned, then he’ll tell her exactly what his intentions are.

If Ava eventually realizes Valentin plans to drive Sonny off the rails and get him locked up, that’ll be cause for concern.

Valentin also talked to Brennan about taking Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) out permanently and pinning it on Sonny, so maybe Ava could connect the dots and figure out that scheme, too.

However, Valentin might try to get Ava on his side and work to convince her that Sonny’s favor can only last so long.

Sonny will be bonding with Natalia, so that could create some doubts for Ava about her spot in Sonny’s life and whether it’ll stick.

Maybe Valentin will urge Ava to look out for number one and clear a path to sole custody of Avery Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola) once Sonny’s locked away.

This could lead to Ava and Valentin joining forces, but they’d better be careful since they could easily double-cross each other!
