The latter and Kody had a spiritual marriage, and the reality show star follows her heart and spiritual sense in relationships.
In a recent conversation, Janelle and Christine talked about sex and divorce. After their split with Kody, the latter tied the knot with David Woolley. She told her bestie that one woman does not divorce her husband until she has sex with another man. The revelation appalled Janelle, and she called it bogus.
Sister Wives: Janelle & Meri Join Forces Against Kody
Unlike Sister Wives stars Janelle and Christine, the other wives have not been in touch after divorcing Kody. However, Meri and Janelle have now joined forces against Kody for the Coyote Pass property. They even shared that they are no longer friends, but they communicate for the property. They both want their share of the property. Janelle and Meri even offered Kody to buy out their share if he wanted to.
Kody shared that he doesn’t have the money. He added that he should get the lion’s share as he paid for the property on his own. However, Janelle provided proof that the family account paid the money, so they should divide it equally. The trio are at loggerheads over the property, and Janelle and Meri have decided to hire a lawyer if required. They feel like Kody is hiding something from them and don’t want to let it go.
Sister Wives: Christine Shocks Janelle After Revealing Robyn’s Opinion On Sex After Divorce
Sister Wives stars Janelle and Christine recently appeared on a podcast, where the former expressed her desire not to get remarried. She shared that she is in a happy space right now. The celeb does not want to disrupt her peace. Hence, she has decided not to remarry or even have a relationship.
Christine wants Janelle to begin a new life and marry again. She told her, “Apparently until you have sex with the next guy, you’re not divorced.” She had nearly no physical relationship with Kody during their last few years of marriage. Janelle further called their marriage a spiritual union. Christine also asked Janelle if she wanted to get a spiritual divorce from Kody.
Janelle found Christine’s take on sex and divorce surprising. She added, “I just think that’s bulls—. I think that’s dogmatic. I’m like, whatever.” She further elaborated, “I mean, that’s a dogma I used to hear, and I used to think, ‘OK, whatever.’” Christine further revealed that Robyn informed her about it. According to the latter, this was what the church taught them.
Christine said that Robyn mentioned their church told her that a person does not receive the status of divorce until she has sex with another man. She also said that if she were Janelle, she would just have sex with the next guy and get it done. This way, the marriage will be over, and she can move on.
