Sister Wives star Janelle Brown and the rest of her family members are mourning Garrison Brown’s tragic death at the beginning of March. Although it hasn’t been an easy month, they take solace in his legacy and honor him in various ways.
Most recently, Janelle and several members of the family attended a military service in Garrison’s honor. However, it seems that they’ve received their share of unkind comments from internet trolls.

Janelle Brown Shuts Down Trolls After Garrison’s Service
Most Sister Wives fans have been incredibly supportive of Janelle Brown in the wake of Garrison’s passing. But it seems that other followers haven’t been so kind.
“It’s been hard to get my brain to work properly again. I am so grateful for the [outpouring] of love and support I’ve received these last three weeks. The support has been overwhelming. I am honored. So many of you shared stories of your loved ones. So many of you wrote of your thoughts and prayers. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️” the Sister Wives star shared on Instagram, attaching several photos of the memorial service.
“Garrison was honored by family members and by his National Guard Unit last Sunday at a celebration of life ceremony. He would have loved it,” Janelle continued. “I am sharing some of the photos. Many [of] you have already seen a lot of these online, often with snarky comments accompanying them. But this was a beautiful moment for us.”
Christine Brown’s daughter Gwendlyn commented, “Love you Janelle! beautiful words ❤”
Plenty of Janelle’s followers added their condolences and expressed sadness that trolls would leave rude words. Other Instagram users added:
- “You dont deserve snarky comments. I’m sorry you are going through this.”
- “For every snarky comment, there are many, MANY more people praying that your beautiful family finds peace.”
- “Your face broke my heart – I can’t imagine what you’re feeling. Praying for you Janelle and the entire family.”

The Sister Wives Star Makes Plan For The Future
Life will never be the same for Janelle, but she’s doing her best to move forward. Recently, some fans discovered she has plans to start a new flower business in Flagstaff. In the meantime, her fans hope she and the rest of the family find solace and peace in the days ahead.
