The word on the block is that Gio is about to bump into his bio-dad, who isn’t dead at all! But who is he? Dive right in to find out!

It had only been a few heartbeats since Gio arrived on the Port Charles scene and was immediately plunged into conversations about his family. His dad, in particular. The young gun admitted that his father passed away before Gio’s birth while serving in Afghanistan.

Although with all the Afghanistan and military mentions, we have a stirring feeling that the makers are dropping hints about Drew being his biological father!
Well, connection wise it would actually make a lot of sense. But General Hospital Spoilers recall that Drew has done this same storyline before with Oscar Nero Quartermaine. So wouldn’t be a little repetitive to do the same story again with the same character? Besides, he already has his plate full with all the Nina drama in his life!

General Hospital spoilers hint that Dante Falconeri can be a good candidate to be revealed as Gio’s dad! He hasn’t really been involved in a storyline like this before, and could use a little shakeup in his personal life!
But then there is also a chance that Gio’s mom lied to him about his dad passing away as a hero in Afghanistan. In reality, he could be a secret son of a mobster! General Hospital spoilers say if that’s the case then it could open the door for the return of a past villain! Perhaps someone like Jerry Jacks or even Lorenzo Alcazar!
