General Spoilers Monday, January 6 Update: Cyrus Banned from GH – Michael’s Fate Sealed – Carly’s Fury Erupts
General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Monday, January 6, reveals that Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) will lose his temper, so we’ll see if he clashes with Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) again. Regardless, Portia will definitely spar with Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) during his upcoming visit to GH.
After Portia bans Cyrus from the hospital, he may vow to file a complaint and toss some veiled threats around.
However, Portia won’t want Cyrus anywhere near their patients, especially considering the investigations that are already underway.
Although Portia won’t have proof that Cyrus is behind the digitalis overdoses, she might consider him a suspect.
Whatever the case, Portia’s drama-filled day will continue when Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) quizzes her about Elizabeth Baldwin’s (Rebecca Herbst) suspension.
Once Portia confirms it’s true, she may assure Lucas that it’ll be rectified as soon as possible.
Portia obviously won’t think Liz is to blame for what’s been happening at GH, but the hospital has to protect itself legally and gather all the facts.
Next, Josslyn Jacks’ (Eden McCoy) discovery may catch her off guard.
Since it looks like Josslyn may go through Dex Heller’s (Evan Hofer) belongings, she might stumble across something that hits her with another wave of grief.
Of course, Josslyn could also find out that a fatal digitalis overdose indeed brought on Dex’s heart attack.
If Josslyn gets updates on the details of Dex’s autopsy report, that could make her even more fired up about her pursuit of justice.
Josslyn will confide in Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) about her desire to make the monster who did this pay.
Trina will have sympathy for Josslyn in her time of mourning, but she may warn her to let the authorities handle this.
In Jack Brennan’s (Charles Mesure) office, he won’t give up on tracking down Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) through Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez).
Collette Girard (Mercedez Lopez Renard) failed to take Valentin out, but Brennan will think they’ll get another chance eventually.
Over with Carly Spencer (Laura Wright), she’ll unload her anger over Willow Corinthos’ (Katelyn MacMullen) actions during a discussion with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton).
Willow has lost her mind as far as Carly’s concerned, so she’ll let her fury erupt before Jason settles her down.
Meanwhile, Willow will end up in tears over a move Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) makes through his attorney.
Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) will use Willow’s Washington trip with Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) in Michael’s favor.
Thanks to whatever Diane pulls, Willow will worry she’s going to lose the children over it.
At Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) place, it looks like he’ll stress the need for honesty between Michael and Diane. Sonny will trust Diane to do her job well, but Michael has to give her all the news she needs.
Since Michael hasn’t told Diane about his hookup with Sasha or the baby she’s carrying, he may deal with some fears about the custody feud outcome.
Unfortunately, nothing else will matter much once an explosion strikes Sonny’s penthouse.
Monday’s cliffhanger will set the stage for Michael to catch on fire, so this visit to Sonny’s penthouse will seal his burn victim fate.
General Hospital spoilers say Jason will rush into the danger soon, so we’ll bring you more predictions on the stunning outcome.
