General Hospital Update: Tuesday, April 9 – Jason’s Move Triggers Sonny – Carly Stops Crime – Nina & Drew Negotiate
General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Tuesday, April 9, reveals that Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) will apparently stop a crime in progress once she witnesses some chaos from her vehicle. We’ll see Carly start shouting and honking, so she may scare away an attacker.
It looks like John “Jagger” Cates (Adam Harrington) will be the one Carly saves since GH spoilers say he’ll deal with some trouble.
Carly will leap into action and help John, who’ll show off a more vulnerable side in the end.
Across town, Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) will have her career on her mind.
Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) will listen as Willow perhaps reflects on her recent close call.
Willow put a lot on the line when she stole antibiotics for Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), but she may admit to Michael that she can’t go that far again – not when it puts other people like Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) at risk, too.
Over with Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) and Nina Corinthos (Cynthia Watros), they’ll have another showdown that ultimately turns into a negotiation.
It’ll be a situation where both Nina and Drew can get something out of their pact.
Meanwhile, it seems Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) will complain about things happening behind her back, so she may have more issues with Nina and their partnership at the Metro Court.
As for Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi), it appears she’ll give Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) updates on Drew hiring Nina back at Crimson after previously giving her the boot.
That choice will baffle Sonny since he won’t get why Drew would want Nina around after she sent him to Pentonville.
Ava Jerome (Maura West) will also be present for this discussion, so Kristina will watch how she interacts with Sonny and may worry about the level of influence she has over him right now.
After Jason summons Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) to Corinthos Coffee, she’ll question why.
Jason will open the door to the office there and insist it’s going to be his from now on.
Diane will argue that it’s already Sonny’s office, but Jason will make it clear that’s not the case anymore.
This must be part of Jason’s plan since he’s still working for John to take down Pikeman.
Once Diane acknowledges that someone else has secretly been making moves for Jason, he may warn that he has no choice but to fall in line.
Jason will admit there’s a task he needs Diane to complete for him, so he may force her to be the bearer of bad news at Sonny’s place.
