General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) could ultimately regret taking Jenz Sidwell’s (Carlo Rota) $250,000 offer. Should Sasha have taken Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) money instead?
We get that Sasha wants to raise this baby her way, but it seems strange for her to make a deal with a criminal who kidnapped her.
Sasha was held hostage with an explosive device and could’ve been wiped off the map if Jason hadn’t come to her rescue.
Jason offered to give Sasha money for a new place and is willing to pay for anything else she might need.
There’s no reason for Sasha to resort to taking Sidwell’s money when he’s already proven he’s a dangerous snake.
Sasha could be backing herself into an extremely dangerous corner now that she’s surrendering to what Sidwell wants.
In exchange for the $250,000 that’s headed Sasha’s way, she’ll have to convince the Deception team that the warehouse ordeal was a big misunderstanding and that Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) was mostly to blame.
That seems like easy money, but it could come with strings attached if Sidwell starts delivering more requests later.
If Sasha doesn’t comply, those requests could become demands and threats.
Sidwell certainly can’t be trusted, so Sasha’s desire to be independent from the Quartermaines could cost her more than she bargained for.
Since Sasha has an unborn child to worry about, she could be setting herself up for trouble.
Sasha may be locking herself into a partnership with Sidwell that’ll be difficult to get out of.
At some point, Sasha might find she’s in over her head and wish she’d rejected Sidwell’s offer before things spiraled out of control.
It probably would’ve been better to play it safe and take Jason’s money or even Michael Corinthos’ (Chad Duell) money since he offered support as the baby’s father.
