General Hospital Spoilers Week of November 18: Jason’s Risky Decision, Dante’s Bittersweet News and Rocco’s Wish Granted

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of November 18-22 reveal that we’ll see some thrilled Port Charles residents along with some characters who are still in mourning. There’ll be some shockers and struggles happening on canvas, so let’s talk about what’s in store.

For starters, the week will begin on an extremely positive note for Laura Collins (Genie Francis) and many of her family members. On November 18, Lulu Spencer will finally come out of her coma as Alexa Havins makes her debut in the recast role.

Of course, Lulu will inevitably be confused when she first awakens. When Lulu learns she’s missed out on four years of her life, that revelation is sure to hit her hard.

Nevertheless, Laura will be committed to being there for Lulu and helping her through this transition back to the real world. Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) will end up sticking around too, so he’ll support his sister and can continue being a real dad to Aiden Webber (Colin Cassidy).

Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) is still on the run with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), but maybe that’ll change soon. Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will certainly be motivated to step up the search once Lulu is officially awake.

Jack Brennan (Charles Mesure) warned Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) not to help Anna locate Valentin, but he may go against Brennan’s advice and do what he’s promised. Unfortunately, Brennan’s ominous predictions may prove right, so Jason and Anna’s mission could be a risky one.

You can bet Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) will have an emotional reunion with Lulu once she’s alert enough for one. Rocco’s wish for his mom to wake up and come back to them will finally come true.

Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) may find himself torn between wanting to support Lulu and viewing her as a terrible reminder of what he’s lost right now. Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) lost her life following the transplant, so there’ll be more developments related to her demise in the coming episodes.

There’s been talk about Sam’s upcoming funeral – not to mention we still need to hear her autopsy results and find out what’s in her last will and testament. GH writers should address all that and more, so we’ll bring you updates on any important news that’ll affect Sam’s loved ones.

Over with Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson), he’ll have to mull over a significant offer. Will Isaiah agree to be a full-time surgeon at GH and plant some roots in Port Charles?

Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) would certainly like the sound of that, so we’ll see if she gives Isaiah a nudge to take the job.

As for Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson), she’ll have to deal with the fact that both her parents left town together. Sasha might find it in her heart to be happy for Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) and Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) on some level.

At the same time, this could make Sasha feel doubly abandoned – like Holly has once again robbed her of something good in her life by stealing Robert away for another one of her off-screen capers.

Regardless, Sasha may eventually have more reasons to worry about having a possible baby with Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell). The show may use some soapy fast-tracking and have Sasha take a pregnancy test sooner rather than later.

General Hospital spoilers say the week of November 18-22 will bring some great stuff, so stay tuned! CDL will have other scorching General Hospital spoilers, predictions, updates and news to check out, so make us your top source.
