General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) will have to mourn the loss of Dex Heller (Evan Hofer), but we have no doubt that she’ll eventually find love again. Josslyn’s next storyline will obviously be about finding answers and getting justice, but soap characters never go without love interests for very long.
At some point, Josslyn will have to move on with her life, so who’ll be the one to pick up the pieces of her broken heart?
It’s possible GH writers will try pairing up Josslyn and Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza), but they haven’t exactly sizzled together so far.
There’s been plenty of time for chemistry to spark between Gio and Josslyn, but we’re only seeing faint glimmers – not real fire!
With that in mind, the show might opt to keep Josslyn and Gio in the friend zone.
Will Josslyn ultimately get a brand-new love interest instead?
That’s what happened with Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) after she took several months to grieve for Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez).
Now Trina is being paired up with Kai Taylor (Austin Jens Astrup), so maybe the show will follow the same pattern and give Josslyn a fresh love story of her own down the road.
If so, we can think of an option that would make sense. Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) has been talking to Natalia Ramirez (Eva LaRue) a lot about her complicated relationships with her children – particularly her son, Eloi.
Natalia doesn’t have a close bond with Eloi these days, but Sonny might resolve to change that.
Sonny knows Eloi is a talented musician and that Natalia wanted him to stay in the business, so he might make Eloi a music-related offer he can’t refuse.
Whatever the case, there’s a good chance Eloi is going to show up sooner or later considering how much Natalia’s been discussing him.
Perhaps Natalia’s son could become Josslyn’s new man somewhere down the line.
It’ll naturally take some time before Josslyn can even begin to open her heart to someone else.
However, Eloi might be the one to win Josslyn over and help her move on from Dex when she’s ready.
Our predictions point to Josslyn uncovering some Dex shockers in the meantime, so stay tuned for updates on the investigation into his fatal outcome.
