General Hospital Spoilers Friday, January 3: Jason Rejects Sonny’s Offer – Charlotte Picks a Parent – Nina Gets a Warning
General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Friday, January 3, reveal that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will sit down for a meeting with Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner), so they may discuss their disdain for Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) and concerns about what he’ll do next.
Curtis is keeping his guard up, so he might urge Nina to do the same and protect Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) as best as she can.
Of course, that won’t be an easy task since Drew keeps pulling Willow further into his orbit!
In Prague, Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) will once again blast Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) for blowing her only opportunity to get Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) home where she belongs.
However, there could be a twist brewing once Charlotte makes a significant choice.
An emotional Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) is in a car with Charlotte on Friday’s GH preview video, which shows him insisting that she has to follow his rules to stay safe.
Charlotte was initially all in on staying with her papa, but she might start to rethink living life on the run with Valentin.
This arrangement can’t last forever, so maybe Charlotte will decide to return to Port Charles with Lulu in the end.
Next, Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) will grant Michael Corinthos’ (Chad Duell) request.
Michael agreed to Sasha’s plan to raise the baby alone, but he insisted he wanted something from her in return.
It seems likely Michael will ask Sasha to stick around Port Charles so that he can at least keep an eye on her and the baby.
Sasha may be on board with that compromise and finish reaching an agreement with Michael.
Later, Sasha will give Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) updates on what’s going on, so it sounds like she’ll open up to her about her one-night stand and pregnancy news.
Although Sasha presumably won’t identify the father during this conversation, she should admit she’s got a bun in the oven.
Back with Michael, he’ll insist he can take care of something and will try to exploit an advantage.
Since Michael seems to have a bit of an attitude in Friday’s GH preview video, this might involve keeping the upper hand on Drew.
Now that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) is dealing with atrial fibrillation, he needs to take it easy.
Sonny could be at risk of a heart attack or stroke according to Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson), who’s concerned about Sonny choosing to keep his condition under wraps.
That said, Sonny may at least drop some hints to Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) about his health drama.
After Sonny does some soul-searching regarding his future, he’ll tell Jason that they’re going to have to change how they run the business.
Sonny may push Jason to step up and handle his territory, but Jason’s going to turn down an offer on Friday’s episode.
Since Jason has to stay safe for Danny Morgan’s (Asher Antonyzyn) sake, he may not be able to commit to a bigger role in the mob.
