It was a Finn family reunion as Jophielle Love spent some time with her General Hospital parents, Rebecca Budig and Michael Easton! “Double date Sunday,” the child star shared on Instagram. “Always big smiles when we are together!”

Love joined the cast of GH back in October 2019 when she began playing Violet Finn, the daughter of Budig’s character, Hayden Barnes. And Easton’s Dr. Hamilton Finn was surprised to learn that the adorable little girl was his child since Hayden had claimed she’d lost the baby she was carrying when she left town.

“Always love seeing you, sweet Jojo,” Budig commented on Love’s post. “You are growing into the most beautiful girl inside and out.”

Easton has played multiple roles on GH, but his most recent run as Finn, which began in 2016, came to an end in June 2024 when the character went to rehab. Budig joined the cast of GH in 2015 and came and went multiple times over the years with her final appearance being in November 2019.

While many fans have long wished for Budig’s Hayden to return to Port Charles for her daughter, that unfortunately has become extremely unlikely given that the actress has now joined the cast of The Bold & The Beautiful as the most recent actress to play the role of Taylor Hayes.

So for the time being, GH fans will have to enjoy knowing these real-life family reunions are happening since we’re not going to get them on screen.
