General Hospital Spoilers: Colette Poses as Nurse for Hit on Sonny – See Who Sends Assassin
General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that Colette Moreau (Mercedes Lopez Renard) may pose as a nurse for a hit on Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). Based on GH’s preview video for the week of April 21-25, it looks like Colette will sneak in for a fatal plot.
Sonny is set to have surgery in Los Angeles soon, so that’ll leave him vulnerable to another threat on his life.
A woman wearing scrubs enters Sonny’s hospital room in the promo clip – and we can’t help but notice that she looks a whole lot like Colette!
Of course, fans will recall that Colette is the deputy chief working for Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) at the WSB field office in Port Charles.
However, Colette has been known to go rogue – like when she fired at Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) in Prague.
That wasn’t part of Brennan’s plan, so he scolded Colette in the aftermath.
Brennan can’t be trusted, so it’s possible he’s behind the penthouse explosion and that he’ll be behind this next attempt on Sonny’s life, too.
That said, Colette has proven she makes moves without Brennan’s knowledge sometimes, so he may have no idea what she’s plotting.
Brennan can’t always make predictions on what Colette will do next!
Colette could easily be working for someone else on the side – like Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) or another villainous character who wants to take Sonny out.
It’s even possible that the WSB sent Colette to do it without informing Brennan out of fear that he’s too close to Sonny’s ex-wife.
Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) is Brennan’s weak spot now, so that’s worth keeping in mind.
Whatever the case, the weekly preview video shows a woman who appears to be Colette slipping into Sonny’s room as he sleeps.
Sonny awakens as this fake nurse prepares a syringe with a presumably fatal drug, so the situation will certainly be dire.
Will Sonny find the strength to wrestle the syringe away and perhaps turn it on Colette?
Will Carly or another character come rushing in for a rescue instead?
