General Hospital Spoilers | Brennan was fooled, Joss’s real boss appeared

General Hospital (GH) recap for Thursday, April 10, reveals that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) broke things off with Natalia Ramirez (Eva LaRue) while Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) fueled Carly Spencer’s (Laura Wright) fierce side.

At the Surf Lodge, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) thanked Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) for defending the Quartermaine crypt since it mattered so much to Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell).

After Josslyn showed Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) pics from her fake Easter Island trip, she caught a glimpse of nearby Vaughn (Bryce Durfee) and excused herself so she could follow him.

That left Gio alone to quiz Emma about her frenemy status with Josslyn, so she gave him a history lesson.

Emma also mentioned her Environmental Physics class with Professor Dalton – and when Vaughn talked to Josslyn about her assignment, he insisted she was now enrolled in that same course.

After a moving crew tried to move some things from the Quartermaine gatehouse to Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) place, Tracy shut them down.

Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) heard the latest news and planned to tell Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) that she couldn’t move in Drew’s place.

Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) didn’t think that was the right strategy and suggested it was better to let Willow think she’d won for now.

It was tough for Jason to stand by and do nothing, but Sasha acted like it was pointless since Willow was under the spell of “Dawn of Drew” now.

After Tracy gave Carly updates on Willow moving the kids into Drew’s house, Carly was furious and did some venting. Brennan basically advised Carly to go over there and do something about it.

Next, Tracy tried to shut down Deception’s deal with Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) after talking with Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) about Lucky Spencer’s (Jonathan Jackson) time in captivity, but she ultimately relented.

Back with Brennan, he cornered Sidwell and mentioned Soliski’s (Jeff Wolfe) grim fate. Brennan hinted about the threat Sonny posed to Sidwell and tried to rattle him over WSB predictions as well, but Sidwell clearly wasn’t scared.

At Drew’s place, Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) was excited about his bunk beds and Star Wars sheets. Willow assured Drew that she’d never been happier and seemed tickled pink over moving in with the kids.

Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) showed up with concerns about Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson) missing Wiley and Amelia Corinthos (Sequoia and Serenity Mork Macko), so she advised Willow to arrange visits and keep the peace.

Willow agreed it was a good idea, but Drew acted like it might confuse the kids and suggested Monica could come see them at his place instead. Nina didn’t think that was the best decision, especially since considering Monica’s health issues.

After Drew and Nina bickered while Willow was out of the room, Willow returned and sided with Nina on taking the children for Monica visits at the Quartermaine mansion.

Soon after, Wiley answered the door to find Grandma Carly standing there. Carly smirked as she insisted that after she found out about the big move, she couldn’t want to come see Wiley and his mom.

At Jordan’s place, she secretly met with Laura Collins (Genie Francis) and filled her in on Sidwell’s job offer. Jordan needed Laura to fire her after a public disagreement, so they decided to use the upcoming referendum and criticism of Laura’s support of Sonny.

Laura could fire Jordan for insubordination and was willing to accept the risk to her career to get rid of Sidwell.

At Pozzulo’s, Natalia admitted Sidwell was her ex-husband, but she insisted the marriage was brief and didn’t offer much of anything except her son, Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo). Sonny wasn’t pleased over the deception and grilled Natalia about her motives.

Natalia made it clear that she wasn’t on good terms with Sidwell now and wasn’t passing along any Sonny-related information. Sonny was in the process of telling his family about his heart condition, but he still needed Natalia to keep quiet.

Natalia assured Sonny that she would and tried to explain how she hoped Sidwell would just go away. Although Natalia didn’t want to ruin things with Sonny, the damage was done since he needed to be able to trust his inner circle,

That’s why Sonny thought it was time to end their association – though he eventually called it a friendship and said he’s miss it. With tears in her eyes, Natalia replied that she’d miss it and urged Sonny to take care of himself before exiting.

Since a political hurricane was headed Sonny’s way, Laura ultimately showed up to warn him toward the end of Thursday’s GH episode.

General Hospital spoilers say Sonny has some twists and turns ahead of him, so stay tuned. CDL will have other terrific General Hospital spoilers, updates and news, so drop by often for more GH info.
