General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that five doomed characters will have to pay the price. These Port Charles residents can’t get away with the bad decisions they’ve been making forever, so let’s discuss all the drama ahead and who’ll be affected.

1) Kristina

First, we should talk about Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) since she never seems to learn her lesson when it comes to Ava Jerome (Maura West).

You’d think cutting the brakes on the wrong car and nearly wiping two innocent people off the map would’ve knocked some sense into Kristina.

Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) and Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) could’ve faced a grim fate thanks to Kristina’s actions that night.

Now Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) is stuck dealing with blackmail turmoil and has warned Kristina to back off, but her daughter is gearing up for another plot against Ava instead.

Kristina is still taking risks and making terrible choices that’ll come back to haunt her sooner or later.

Whether Kristina ends up in prison or just faces Molly Lansing’s (Kristen Vaganos) wrath, she’ll have to suffer for not being able to let her Ava rage go.

2) Willow

Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) is letting Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) pull the wool over her eyes and believed him over her own child after Drew’s latest stunt.

Instead of giving Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) a chance to explain what he overheard at GH, Willow just automatically sided with Drew and assumed there was some mistake.

Of course, Willow has also been trashing Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) as a bad father on the stand and just keeps making bad decisions in general regarding her family.

That’s why Willow’s in for a rude awakening when her life blows up because she’s so entangled with this monster.

No matter what the custody feud outcome looks like, there’ll come a day soon when Willow faces a downfall due to the faith she’s put in Drew.

3) Nina

Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) had the power to potentially stop all this a long time ago by confessing her passionate encounters with Drew.

Since Willow was falling head over heels while Drew was hooking up with her mom, that’s something she deserved to know from the get-go.

Willow is sure to be furious when she realizes Nina could’ve stopped her from going down this disturbing road.

After Drew’s exposed as a menace to society, Nina will face backlash for not telling the whole truth and helping Willow see the light.

Nina’s role in the Jacinda (Paige Herschell) drugging scheme may ultimately be exposed to Willow as well, but that may not matter as much to her daughter in the end.

Willow may mostly be frustrated over Nina resorting to criminal behavior when she could’ve just come clean about those hookups!

4) Drew

Naturally, Drew himself is going to lose big time by the end of this storyline.

The show’s setting Drew up for a major comeuppance since the life he’s building with Willow and the kids is destined to crumble.

Drew’s been doing some appalling things when it comes to this custody battle and all the other dirty moves he’s making on canvas.

Since Drew can’t go on like this, you can bet his horrible behavior will ultimately blow up in his face!

5) Brennan

Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) is another character who’s set to face backlash for his actions.

Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) has no idea that Brennan recruited Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) as a WSB agent and signed her up for a lifetime of dangerous lies.

At some point, Carly will get updates on all the shocking Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) news and find out how Brennan pushed Josslyn down this risky new career path.

Brennan’s secrets will turn Carly against him, so we’ll see if Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) latest investigation gets the ball rolling on Brennan’s looming trouble.
