General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that some romantic surprises are just around the corner in Port Charles. It looks like four shocking new couples are on the horizon, so let’s talk about some unexpected love stories that are in the works.
1) Tracy and Martin
When Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) stopped by the Quartermaine mansion looking for Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell), he found Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) instead.
That led to Tracy and Martin bickering, but we see the potential for love to bloom here.
Sometimes clashing can lead to flying sparks, so those scenes in the December 19 episode could pave the way for Martin and Tracy’s eventual romantic relationship.
It’d be nice to see these two find some surprising happiness together.
2) Jason and Sasha
Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) are another potential couple that seems to be cooking up.
Jason and Sasha spent some time bonding in the December 19 episode as well, so are we seeing the first glimmers of a romance?
Sasha and Jason seem like an odd match on paper, but GH writers may do their best to sell them as a hot new pairing to root for.
Our predictions point to Jason and Sasha finding more reasons to connect – especially since another round of Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) danger is looming.
3) Cody and Lulu
When the show first revealed that Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) would be waking up for her coma, many fans assumed her reunion with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) would be ready to roll.
However, it’s looking more like Dante and Lulu’s reunion will be delayed for multiple reasons.
Dante is still grieving for Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and most likely has a secret child with Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) that he never knew about.
Once it presumably comes out that Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) is Brook Lynn and Dante’s biological son, that news should shake things up.
Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) may be there for Lulu to lean on – just like he was there to give her a ride after her Turning Woods escape.
Lulu and Cody seem poised to develop a deeper connection, so they may get a love story before she inevitably reunites with Dante down the road.
4) Gio and mystery future wife
Brook Lynn recently encouraged Gio to get out there and meet his future wife before Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) picks one for him.
That could mean that Gio’s about to find love in Port Charles – maybe even a love that’s meant to last!
