General Hospital Spoilers: 2 Custody Battles Ahead – Violet and Kristina’s Baby Bring Messy Family Drama

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that the show could be gearing up for two custody battles depending on how things play out. There are a couple of major storylines going on right now that could bring some messy family drama, so let’s talk about them.

For starters, GH fans are seeing the first warning signs of a custody feud between Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) along with Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton).

It’s possible Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) could get pulled into all that since she previously agreed to be Violet Finn’s (Jophielle Love) guardian if Finn couldn’t care for her.

Of course, this custody dispute may never make it to the courtroom stage if Finn’s alcoholism results in his demise before that happens.

It feels like the writers are having Finn trash his life awfully fast as they potentially rush him toward the exit door.

If Finn faces a grim fate or even lands in prison for drunkenly endangering someone else, decisions will need to be made about Violet’s future.

Will Liz still take Violet in like she agreed to do or could she let Harrison and Chase raise her instead?

Whatever the case, Finn is standing against the idea of anyone stealing his daughter from him, but things may be beyond his control if he loses his life or ends up doing a stint in Pentonville.

That could mean the custody battle over Violet will never fully materialize, but it’s certainly worth discussing since Chase and Finn have already been fighting over what’s best for her.

Naturally, we also have to consider what’s ahead for Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) once she gives birth to the baby she planned to give Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) and TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow).

Due to the laws in New York and the fact that Kristina is the egg donor, there’s nothing to stop her from deciding she wants to keep this baby for herself.

That said, TJ is still the father and has rights of his own, so this could turn into quite a courtroom mess!

Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) has already been worried about the possibility of this surrogacy situation going south and tearing her family apart, so we’ll bring you updates on whether that’ll indeed play out as this storyline moves along.
