General Hospital Comings & Goings: Mysterious Professor Dalton Debuts, Special Nurses Ball Guest and Michael Recast Updates
General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that we’ve got some comings and goings news to pass along, so let’s talk about mysterious Professor Henry Dalton’s (Daniel Goddard) debut, a special Nurses Ball guest and some Michael Corinthos (last played by Chad Duell) recast updates.
Let’s start with Daniel Goddard, whose last role in daytime was playing Cane Ashby on The Young and the Restless back in 2019.
Now Goddard is set to make his first GH appearance in the part of Professor Henry Dalton on April 15.
Professor Dalton teaches the environmental physics class that the WSB plopped Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) into mid-semester.
Josslyn will have her work cut out for her when it comes to cozying up to Professor Dalton and impressing him enough to become his research assistant.
However, Vaughn (Bryce Durfee) has stressed the importance of Josslyn figuring something out and pulling this off.
We have no doubt that Josslyn will rise to the challenge eventually, but there may be some snags along the way!
Not much is known about Henry Dalton just yet, but it’s obvious that he’s shady enough to warrant a WSB investigation.
Professor Dalton’s past comes with some secrets that’ll unravel over time – and Josslyn could land in grave danger if he shows off his sinister side down the road!
Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) may ultimately make some predictions about Henry Dalton being trouble and advise Josslyn to be careful.
We should also mention that Lesley Robins, who’s an on-air personality and reporter for Young Hollywood, is headed to GH in a new guest role that’ll air during the upcoming Nurses Ball.
The details haven’t been revealed yet, but Robins will be sharing some great behind-the-scenes footage and interviews with plenty of cast members.
Robins’ character will be included once the Nurses Ball fun kicks off on May 20, so stay tuned!
Next, we should discuss all the fan buzz over the recent Michael Corinthos recast leak from Robert Adamson (ex-Noah Newman on Y&R, former temporary Michael on GH).
Adamson’s now deleted post on X, formerly known as Twitter, pointed to his annoyance over not being allowed to read for the role of recast Michael.
That offered two crucial pieces of info since it indicated the show’s moving forward with replacing Duell and that Adamson isn’t being considered as an option.
Although some other soap actor names are being tossed around on social media, there’s no confirmation yet on who the new Michael might be.
