Ex-General Hospital actress Haley Pullos, who played Molly, had her day in court on July 29. She was there to discover what’s next after her 2023 DUI charge and the infamous wrong-way crash. For anyone who might’ve missed it, the trouble all started back in May 2023. Pullos was driving the wrong way on a Los Angeles freeway, which resulted in a serious accident. The report suggests that Haley, who had already served 90 days in jail, was given credit for the time she had served. What’s her sentence? Dive in to find out!

Pullos Faces Consequences for 2023 DUI Accident

The General Hospital star’s lawyer, Dan Melnick, filled in the details, saying Pullos is now on probation. He revealed that Haley is required to complete a nine-month DUI program. Plus, Pullos will undergo MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Driving) program and will have to keep up with private counseling. As for the rest of her initial sentence, she must still serve five years of probation.

Let’s not forget about those 200 hours of community service that Pullos needs to complete. Additionally, she’s required to pay $8,260 in restitution to Courteney Wilder, the driver who was injured in the crash. Let’s rewind a bit and talk about the fatal accident. Back in May 2023, the soap diva was driving the wrong way on a Los Angeles freeway.

As a result,  both Wilder and another driver met with an accident and suffered injuries. The cops apprehended Haley in April 2023. However, it took a year of legal wrangling before she finally pled no contest and turned herself in. She was hoping to get credit for the time she had already served. Meanwhile, Nancy Grahn, who played Alexis on the ABC soap, stood up for her onscreen daughter.

In May, she showed unwavering support on social media and shared that she had been in touch with Pullos. At the time, Haley had been in solitary confinement with some pretty tough characters. Furthermore, Nancy didn’t shy away from addressing the negative reports about the crash. She also commended Pullos for handling the situation with “stoicism and grace.”
