General Hospital spoilers find Sonny Corinthos spiraling further out of control in the new GH weekly promo. And, this week, people are starting to notice that something’s not right with him on the ABC daytime drama.
General Hospital Spoilers: Jason Blasts Sonny Corinthos
This week, on GH, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) has a tense run-in with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). The kingpin is livid with Jason, likely because it looks like he plans to take over at Corinthos Coffee.
This week, Jason meets with legal shark, Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) at the Corinthos Coffee warehouse. When she wonders why they’re meeting there he says because it’s about to be his new office.
She reminds him that the office belongs to Sonny and he replies, “Not anymore.” So, this could very well be why the mobster is furious on General Hospital. Then, things get worse and he yells at Jason that he’s not a child. Indeed, Sonny’s acting out of character.
So, Jason asks if he’s taking his meds. Indeed, Sonny won’t appreciate Jason suggesting he isn’t taking his medication, because he is. However, what the mob boss doesn’t know is that his bipolar meds are not working.
Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) had Sonny’s doctor cut the dosage down to only one quarter and the rest is a placebo. Val wants Sonny to go off the rails so he and Pikeman can get him out of the way. And so far, it’s working.

Meanwhile, on General Hospital, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) meets with Valentin at the Metro Court restaurant. She tells him she needs his help with a case, and he says he will always help her. He asks her what the case is and she says, Pikeman.
No doubt, he’s worried that she’s investigating Pikeman because he happens to be the one running the show. So, he might agree to help her so he can keep her off his trail. He needs to make sure she doesn’t find out he’s the one in charge.
Meanwhile, at the MC restaurant, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) celebrates his anniversary with his wife, Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen). And her mom, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), who’s still an outsider looks on from afar.
Carly Makes Horrific Discovery on General Hospital
Elsewhere, on GH, Carly Corinthos Spencer (Laura Wright) is on the road and notices someone in trouble. Turns out, it’s John “Jagger” Cates (Adam Harrington) being jumped by some thugs. Perhaps, they were sent by Sonny.
Carly yells at them to stop and rushes over to help Jagger. She’s horrified to see he’s badly beaten. Also, General Hospital spoilers promise that Carly sees a new side of him this week. No doubt, she sees his more vulnerable side when she rescues him.
