Kody and Christine Brown have a lot of history. They share children and once were a big happy family with her other sister wives. When the couple split in 2021 it seemed Christine moved on fairly quickly. According to The U.S. Sun, an insider revealed Christine may still be in love with her ex.
“She is still in love with him, despite what she has said on the show, she’s never gotten over him. Her moving on so quickly with David is all because she was seeking attention and he gave it to her.”
Fans were shocked to hear this after seeing how toxic Kody can be. Especially since he will not let Christine leave the show.
“Kody will not allow Christine to break away and do her own thing, completely, that was a conversation they had when she was moving. Christine is part of the Sister Wives’ umbrella – together or not – and therefore, Kody has a say whether he lets her out of it or not.”
Bad Blood In The Family
Christine’s daughters Aspyn and Ysabel had a conversation before the wedding of Christine and David. Aspyn revealed that she does not want to refer to David as her step-dad and would prefer to refer to him as “her moms husband”. Ysabel then added that they can say he is “just family”. The inside source also revealed why the girls do not want to get attached to David.
“They 100 percent have their guard up, the reason why the girls are not into him is because they refuse to get attached. They have some doubts and believe it’s not going to last.”
Viewers can’t necessarily blame the girls for being suspicious of the relationship. They have never known anything other than their father Kody Brown.
