Sister Wives Season 18 wrapped up the main show and spoilers revealed that Kody Brown decided he doesn’t want to speak with Janelle Brown. Now, ahead of the Tell-All segment, she opened up on how it all broke apart.

This week, Christine Brown and Kody’s former second wife did a long interview with ET Online’s Deidre Behar. Both of them talked about the demise of their relationships with Kody Brown. While Christine seems happy with the decision to hook up with David Woolley, her friend seems way less enthusiastic about it. In fact, she reiterated that the idea of dating right now seems like a lot of hard work.
Sister Wives fans always thought of Janelle Brown and Kody as being friends rather than lovers. However, it seems that even the friendliness has gone now. You might recall that he got all huffy because they had parted in the past. However, the birthday lunch revealed that this time, it’s apparent he won’t get his reconciliation. Even Chrstine feels that her friend is super-independent and will get by without her estranged husband.
Janelle Brown Talks Breaking Point – Won’t Reconcile With Kody
Diedre asked about Kody who had suggested on the show that potentially reconciling could happen. Shaking her head, his former second wife seemed unenthusiastic about that. Asked if that reconciliatory tone was “for the cameras,” she didn’t think so. Despite enjoying the “life that they had,” it’s time to let it go now. Especially, as the kids seem like a good bunch of young adults.
Janelle Brown seems unrepentant about walking away from her husband. The Sister Wives star also mentioned that massive fight that TLC fans saw. Actually, it seems that really was the moment that killed her affection for Kody Brown. The TLC star said:
When he left, I said, ‘just come get your stuff.” It was time, I don’t know, it was just…I remember I ws totally shellshocked after the fight…My children really are my thing. I’m really wrapped up in then, I’m focused on them.
Next, the TLC star talked about how the “energy” that she previously put into Kody and other relationships, would be better off channeled into her “kids” and her “business”
Certainly, it seems that the initial attraction for Kody Brown was right at the time. However, it turned course, and the Sister Wives star was just done with the toxicity.
