‘NOT A QUICK FIX’ Sister Wives’ Mykelti Brown claps back at fan who shares theory about the star’s 75-pound weight loss
MYKELTI Brown has opened up after being accused of taking a quick fix to slim down.
The Sister Wives star hopped on Instagram on Friday and clearly laid out her weight loss methods.
Last month, one asked Mykelti, 27, whether she was taking Ozempic to secure her 75 pound weight loss – an idea she quickly shot down.
She replied: “I am not. I am taking a supplement drink and running around with three kids.”
Unfortunately, it seemed even more critics accused her of taking the drug, pushing her to open up completely.
In her new post, Mykelti stood alone and spoke to the camera as she clarified: “Hi! I just wanted to clarify a few things. Plexus is not a weight loss company, and it is not the only thing I’ve done to lose weight.”

She added: “Plexus is a gut health company, so its goal is to help you internally. And internally, when your body is healthy… you end up showing on the outside when you feel good on the inside.”
Later on, she confirmed: “It’s not a quick fix,” and added that she was focusing on her diet and general lifestyle, and had been over the course of two years, not “two weeks.”
In her caption, she added: “HAPPY A SPLENDID DAY! Hope you enjoy my four minute rant. High protein low calorie and gut health supplements. That’s the gist if you want to save yourself four minutes.
“If you want the link with more info GREAT, if not no worries and no pressure. If you’ve asked for info in the past but haven’t received, I do apologize!!! Ask again I’ll monitor this post better.”

Mykelti’s stunning weight loss comes after she showed off her postpartum body after welcoming her twins Archer and Ace last winter.
COUPLE GOALS
While Mykelti’s weight loss has sparked accusatory theories, she isn’t doing it alone.
This summer, she and her husband Antonio (Tony) Padron showed off their weight loss in a snap from the wedding of her sister Gwendlyn Brown’s wedding.
Kody Brown’s daughter flaunted her slimmed-down figure as she posed in a stunning red dress and chunky black heels.
Tony, meanwhile, sported an all-black ensemble, with a loose tee and slim-fit jeans.
Mykelti captioned the post: “Having fun. #photospam. Bea & Gwen. #Wedding2023.”
In the comment section, one fan said: “Girl, what is your secret? You look incredible”
Another added: “I can’t get over how healthy and happy you guys look now.”
STANDING STRONG
This isn’t the first time Mykelti has been trolled by critics online.
The star went to England, and shared photos and videos of their travels around the country, from London to York, with her family.
In the post announcing she was going away, Mykelti wrote: “I’m on Holiday without my babies. I’m pumping to keep up my supply, I can’t donate it in the country I’m staying. So what are my alternative options…..? #liquidgold #whattodo #takeabath #alternativemilklatte.”
While many people offered advice in response to her question, some of her social media followers debated her decision to go on vacation without her kids.
One person asked: “Did you leave your babies???”
“Women are allowed to do that,” said another in response.
A further fan replied: “People like you are what makes moms feel guilty about going somewhere.”
In a separate comment, another troll wrote: “You left Tony with all three babies,” along with a face palm emoji.
