General Hospital Thursday, July 3 Update: Gio’s Life In Danger – Dante Grills Jason – Emma Pushes Rocco Toward Truth
General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Thursday, July 3, reveals that Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) will face a double shocker while Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) decides to grill Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) will also push Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) toward the truth, so let’s discuss what’s ahead in Port Charles.
At the Metro Court pool, Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) will pop up just in time for Wiley Corinthos’ (Viron Weaver) swimming lesson.
Although Willow will probably plan this, Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) will shut down her attempt to reconnect with their son.
Despite Willow’s attempt at a bonding session, Michael will push her not to add to Wiley’s confusion and heartache right now.
Things have already been difficult for Wiley, so Michael won’t want Willow causing a scene and making matters worse.
Over with Maxie, she’ll get some stunning Deception updates.
It seems Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) will fill Maxie in on Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) not-so-clean investment – and she should pass along the news about Natalia Ramirez’s (Eva LaRue) fatal overdose, too.
Next, Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) will speak with Laura Collins (Genie Francis) about the mob chaos that’s threatening to intensify in Port Charles.
It looks like Lulu will wonder if Laura’s willing to stand against Sonny since he’s part of the problem.
While Lulu quizzes Laura and offers some guidance, Dante will interrogate Jason.
It appears Dante will wonder about the people behind the pub fire and whether they’re even still alive at this point.
“Do I keep looking or are they buried in the woods?” Dante asks Jason in Thursday’s GH preview video.
Jason may acknowledge that he hasn’t caught up with the perps yet.
As a result, Dante may push Jason to let the police handle this – though Jason will obviously follow Sonny’s orders instead.
Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) left a trail to connect Selina Wu’s (Lydia Look) employees to the pub blaze and sent her out of town – at least long enough for him to get rid of Sonny permanently.
However, Sonny and Jason may not be so easily fooled.
Despite Sidwell’s attempt to swing blame in Selina’s direction, Jason and Sonny might see through his stunt.
It may not even matter now that Sidwell’s all riled up over Natalia’s demise and Marco Rios’ (Adrian Anchondo) grief.
Sidwell may launch another attack in retaliation and bring the full-blown mob feud that Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) predicted.
Now that being in Sonny’s orbit is getting more dangerous, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) will do her best to steer Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) as far away from him as possible, warning him that his life is in danger!
As for Sonny, he’ll dodge ADA Justine Turner’s (Nazneen Contractor) questions at the police station and refuse to take her word for anything.
That’s especially true when it comes to any plea deals ADA Turner might push for.
On another note, some tension may be brewing between Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) and Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup).
Since Trina will dish out a warning, that may be another one regarding Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison).
If Trina ultimately finds out about Kai giving Drew the heads-up on Curtis Ashford’s (Donnell Turner) Jacinda (Paige Herschell) plot, that could be a deal-breaker!
Meanwhile, Emma will have some advice for Rocco as he debates something with Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn).
Since Rocco will no doubt be curious about the file with his name on it and Brook Lynn’s research, Emma will think it’s important to seek the whole story.
