General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for the week of March 31-April 4 reveal that Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) will have to figure out her next move while Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) gets life-changing news. A special anniversary episode is also coming up, so here’s what viewers can expect.

In Toronto, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) showdown with Soliski (Jeff Wolfe) will reach a shocking conclusion.

Soliski might make a wrong move and end up deceased before he can offer up the name of his client.

Whatever the case, Sonny will think there’s still a way to follow Soliski’s trail.

Jason and Sonny will have some other angles to work, but they’ll ultimately return to Port Charles soon enough.

Sonny will be on hand for the grand opening of the Dr. Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson) Cardiac Care Center.

Laura Collins (Genie Francis) will make a speech dedicating this special GH wing to Monica due to her great contributions over the years.

This cardiac care center dedication will tie in with the show’s 62nd anniversary episode on Tuesday, April 1, so fans will definitely want to tune in!

Plenty of familiar faces will gather for the celebration, which will highlight Monica’s wonderful career.

Of course, we should also address a far more serious topic since Kristina just caused a major car wreck.

Kristina will struggle to believe what she’s seeing as she watches the paramedics rescue Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) and Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) from the vehicle.

It’ll ultimately dawn on Kristina that she tampered with Ric’s brakes instead of Ava Jerome’s (Maura West) like she intended.

Kristina will have to figure out what to do as she spins out and deals with the crushing guilt of her blunder.

Although Kristina may be tempted to confess, that could change once she sees how upset Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) is.

It’s easy to imagine Molly flinging herself into Kristina’s arms for comfort while Kristina stands there filled with regret.

Kristina may realize that her relationship with Molly could be over forever if she tells the truth.

That could convince Kristina to keep quiet – though she may at least come clean to Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) once he grills her.

Speaking of Lucky, he’ll face some tough emotions as he waits for updates on Elizabeth’s condition.

Both Liz and Ric will suffer some injuries due to the crash, but it looks like Ric will be the one in worse shape.

In addition to leaning on Kristina and Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), Molly should rely on Cody Bell’s (Josh Kelly) comfort as well.

This could strengthen Cody and Molly’s connection as they continue down the road to a potential romance.

Other General Hospital spoilers say Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) will deal with some disappointment.

It looks like Drew will blame Ezra Boyle (Daniel Cosgrove) for betraying him when the Quartermaine crypt doesn’t get destroyed after all.

Later, Drew and Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will fire more accusations at each other as their feud heats up.

Will that play a role in interrupting Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) and Trina Robinson’s (Tabyana Ali) romantic time together?

Regardless, Trina seems poised to sound the alarm over Drew’s recent proposal to Kai.

Although Drew is willing to pay for the specialist and procedure that could help Kai play football again, Trina won’t think he can be trusted.

After Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) confirms she’s in agreement with Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) on something, she’ll turn her attention to Jason.

Carly knows Jason doesn’t approve of her relationship with Brennan, but she doesn’t want all this hostility between them.

Jason and Carly have to find a way forward somehow, so they’ll have a crucial discussion as they work on achieving that.

Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) will also talk to Jason about the baby and make sure they’re on the same page about how to handle things.

It’ll give Jason and Sasha some bonding scenes, so love could bloom for these two eventually.

While Sonny meets up with Laura for a meal, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) will give Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) another nudge in Marco’s (Adrian Anchondo) direction.

Maxie’s timing will be perfect since Marco’s about to land in Port Charles – presumably for a job interview with Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy).

Marco should join Diane and Alexis’ law firm, which will give him a great excuse to stick around and see a lot more of Lucas.

However, Marco will also pay a visit to Wyndemere soon. It looks like Marco is Jenz Sidwell’s (Carlo Rota) son with Natalia Ramirez (Eva LaRue), so he may have a sinister side like his father.

Sidwell and Natalia have a huge argument brewing, so Marco may become a source of conflict.

Over with Josslyn, she’ll venture beyond the walls of the WSB training center and spend some extra time with Vaughn (Bryce Durfee).

Josslyn will undergo any final challenges before she learns her fate, so there’s a good chance she’ll find out she’s officially part of the WSB.

Next, Ava’s going to score some startling intel.

Once Ava finds out Ric’s vehicle was sabotaged, she may realize Kristina had a motive to tamper with it since it was in her parking space.
